Our Driver picks you up from your hotel early in the morning. On board, you can take advantage of the free Wi-Fi or watch a Holocaust documentary, if it’s available at the time. Then explore Auschwitz I and II Birkenau at the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum. Hear an english guide give historical facts clearly with a provided headset. The average time to visit both camps is 3 hours (2 hours in Auschwitz I and an hour in Auschwitz II Birkenau.

After visiting both camps Auschwitz-Birkenau we will take you to the second part of our trip SALT MINE in Wieliczka. You will see there one of the oldest mine in the world. The tour has about 2,5 kilometers route and will takes about 2-2,5 hours. After visitng Salt Mine the driver will takes you back to Krakow.

The most convenient  time to start the trip is from 7:30am till 09:30 am, exact pick up time to be confirmed. One of our English speaking drivers will pick you up from your hotel or any point suitable for you.

The entire car will be at your sole disposal while driving. The journey from Krakow to Auschwitz takes approximately one hour. The average time to visit both camps is 3 hours (2 hours in Auschwitz I and an hour in Auschwitz II Birkenau).

Please, be informed that PRIVATE GUIDED TOUR is not included in "Private Tour/Transfer".

Auschwitz Birkenau

Auschwitz was created  in 1940  and was the largest of the Nazi concentration and extermination camp. In no other center of extermination or camp, the SS murdered so many Jews from nearly  all of Nazi-occupied Europe. Poles constituted almost 40% of prisoners registered in the camp.

Among those imprisoned and murdered were also: Roma, Soviet prisoners of war and prisoners of over twenty nationalities. Auschwitz Birkenau is  the most recognizable symbol of the Holocaust and place of  mass murder.

Salt Mine Wieliczka

Is a priceless historical monument of the world's material culture and the only open mining facility in the world working continuously since the Middle Ages. One of the most well-known tourist facilities in Poland. Inscribed onto the First UNESCO World Natural and Cultural Heritage List in 1978.

Since now, for all bookings made for 2020 for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.

Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.

Please be advised that the maximum size of bags / backpacks which  you are allowed  to take to the Auschwitz Museum and Memorial cannot exceed: 30 x 20 x 10 cm
