I booked this Company for 2 tours for my family of 9 adults. we had 2 drivers both named Thomas and the service was excellent.Our first full day tour was to Auschwitz and the salt mine. They arranged everything from private guides to the restaurant for lunch which even included a birthday cake for one of our party. Visited in October 2011 and used Krakow-Auschwitz for a visit to the Salt Mines. Our driver Thomas was absolutely marvellous, nothing too much trouble. Made sure we obtained our tickets and teamed up witht he correct guide. Was always on time and dropped us wherever we wished at the end ot the tour. Will use him again on any future visits to Krakow and would highly recommend. AF
